The Jet Ski Susie Cup 2009 was won by Matthew Pates who beat his brother Jonathan by just 400ths of a second to take the top prize. It was a hard fought battle throughout the afternoon with the Ladies Section won by Sue Gilbert and the Juniors by Kristian Pates.
The new and very special Jeremy Hoyland ‘True Grit’ award was presented to Karen Hardcastle who had a fantastic day improving lap times by over 20 seconds after only just taking up the sport.
